Return & Exchange Policy

• We have a non-returnable policy except in the cases where there is a manufacturing defect/damage of some sort or the product is different from what you ordered. Customers are required to make a 360-degree package opening video, highlighting the defect within 24 hrs. of receiving the product, and email it at info.reetbysuman@gmail.com
  
  

• We are currently not accepting any exchange queries, except in certain circumstances. Customers are required to make a 360-degree Package opening video, highlighting the reason of exchange within 24 hrs. of receiving the product and email it at info.reetbysuman@gmail.com
  
  

• The sole discretion of acceptance of claim lies in the hands of the seller and shall be communicated through email only.

• We do not provide refunds monetarily. Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. Store Credit is the amount of refund given back to the customer in the form of a coupon code. This store credit has a lifetime validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders.
  
  

• In case of returns within India, no reverse pickup will be charged from the buyer. The customer will have to send the parcel back to us after only final acceptance of return is communicated via the seller through WhatsApp or email. 
  
  

• In case of an exchange, the customer will have to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost of to and fro. 
  
  

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address, or phone number, please reach us at info.reetbysuman@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information." We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Exchange / Return for International Orders
